Paid features and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google (or other platform billing providers). Their payment terms apply. Refunds are handled according to the relevant store’s policies unless we state otherwise for a specific product.

Apps, sites, branding, content, and software are owned by Magicka Ventures Co Limited or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
